At Titus 2 Tallow, we treat each order as a blessing. We carefully pack your handcrafted tallow products with love and attention to ensure they reach you safely. We want you to feel as confident in our shipping process as you do in our products. Below is our Shipping Policy, designed to be clear and fair for everyone.
Flat-Rate Shipping ($7) & Free Shipping
We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $7 for all orders under $60. If your order totals $60 or more, your shipping is on us – absolutely free! This is our way of saying thank you for your support and making it easier to fill your home with our nourishing goods.
Processing Time
Please allow us up to 5 business days, to prepare and ship your order. Each item is freshly made or carefully picked just for you, and like a homemade meal made with love, good things take a little time. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Method & Tracking
We currently ship via standard shipping services (e.g., USPS or UPS Ground) to keep costs affordable. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. Rest assured, even with standard shipping, most packages arrive promptly. Tracking is provided on all orders so you can watch your package’s journey from our home to yours.
Shipping Area (USA Only)
Right now, Titus 2 Tallow ships only within the United States. We hope to expand in the future, but for now we are focused on serving our customers here at home. We apologize if you’re outside the USA – we hope to reach you someday!
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We want your package to find its way to you without any hiccups! Titus 2 Tallow cannot be responsible for delivery delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake in your address after ordering, contact us immediately so we can try to fix it before your order ships.
After Shipping – Carrier Responsibility
Once your package leaves our hands and is with the mail carrier, it is in their care. While we’ll do everything we can to help if an issue arises, Titus 2 Tallow is not liable for shipping delays or problems that occur in transit. (For example, inclement weather or carrier errors are outside of our control.) However, we’re here to support you in resolving any delivery issues whenever possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order gets lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will work with you to make it right. For a lost package, we ask that you first check the tracking information and with your local post office or carrier. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you. If an item arrives damaged, please email us on our contact page within 5 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage if you can – this helps us understand what went wrong. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer an exchange for damaged items. Your satisfaction is very important to us!
