From May through September, whipped and balm-style products may soften or melt during shipping. As a precaution, any order with a whipped product will only ship Monday through Wednesday.
We cannot control carrier trucks, warehouses, mailboxes, porches, or outdoor delivery conditions. These products are especially sensitive to heat, especially when left outside after delivery.
If your product arrives melted, it is still safe to use. Place it in the refrigerator until firm, then allow it to return to room temperature before using. Melting may change the whipped texture, but it does not ruin the product.
By purchasing this product during May through September, you understand that melting may occur and that heat-related melting is not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements.
At checkout, you may select "Hot Weather Fast Shipping" to upgrade to 2-day shipping with additional insulation. This helps reduce heat exposure, but it does not guarantee the product will not melt.
